You have no right, license or other permission to use, offer to sell, sell, distribute or otherwise make any copies of the Show available to the public by any means, including for playback or download on the Site. Please immediately cease and desist all use, offering for sale, sale and distribution of copies of the Show and Show archives on the Site. If you do not comply in full with this request by June 20, 2011, Westwood One will pursue all remedies available against you, including without limitation all costs, including attorneys’ fees, associated with any action filed against you.
This email shall not serve as a waiver, express or implied, of any rights, claims or defenses Westwood One may have, including without limitation any and all rights to seek damages and injunctive relief in connection with the foregoing.
